I don’t think I ever told you this, but I LOVED looking at this article–I pretty much spent a whole day on it. It is comforting to know that even famous writers struggle, sometimes, to find the space they want and need. When they DO suceed in setting up that space–family heirlooms and floor-to-ceiling shelves and original art and all…man, I could die of envy.
Great! I’m glad you enjoyed the article. I still mourn the loss of my orange-colored studio. Just yesterday, I sat in there and looked out the window and wondered if O could be moved upstairs.
