I’m in Florida today. I’ve downloaded local yoga schedules and made an appointment with a massage therapist for a deep tissue massage. Oh, I am looking forward to yoga and a massage. I’ve not had a week-long vacation in six months. I’ve not taken a yoga class in a long time and think it’s time for me to get back to it since it helps me feel peaceful.

Later this week, we’re visiting a friend in Gainesville, FL. She moved to a new place on several acres with a pool. Too bad we’ll only be there one night!
