Book contract arrived in the mail over the weekend.

Discussed and revised some of the NaPoWriMo poems. One of these days, I’ll figure out how many keepers are in the stack.

O., of her own volition, scanned the groceries at the self-serve checkout at the grocery store. She got lucky that the UPC labels scanned and was bent out of shape that Darling Husband (DH) had to be the one to weigh the tomatoes. She even put the items on the belt after she scanned them. Then, she took DH’s credit card out of his wallet and scanned that to pay. Not bad for 20 months of age. We’re going to have to keep an eye on her and the credit card!
