Wow. When I came back here to check, I realized that Nick and Jeannine had commented here before so they are ‘approved’ and can leave unmoderated comments. That was not fair to the rest of you who appeared to leave comments later only because I had to moderate them. So, I’ll send magazines to all who have responded thus far — the first 13 people.
